Toni is a member of the Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities (CMBS) Practice Group at Frost Brown Todd where she represents real estate private equity funds, investors, developers, and corporations on a broad spectrum of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in connection with office buildings, hotels, condominiums, retail properties, and multi-family housing. Her experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, triple-net sale-leaseback transactions, unsecured loan originations, and mortgage and mezzanine loan origination, servicing, and modification.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, she worked on real estate transactions for a Vault 20 firm.
