Biography

Tommy is a senior associate with experience in a wide range of general business matters including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance and lending. Tommy regularly advises clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, often assisting business owners with the sale of their founder-led business and investors with the acquisition of similar businesses.  Additionally, Tommy supports regional banks in certain commercial loans and asset-based lending, as well as local authorities and businesses regarding tax credit programs in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
