Biography

Tara has a strong background in litigating product liability cases, particularly those involving medical device issues. Her experience includes preparing clients for depositions and extensive trial experience. As a former Assistant District Attorney, she has served as the lead prosecutor in over 40 jury trials. She is well versed in drafting and responding to discovery requests, addressing discovery disputes in court, and preparing legal filings such as motions in limine, motions for summary judgment and dismissal, responses, briefs, pre-trial memoranda, voir dire, jury instructions, and verdict slips.

She is a former judicial law clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court and judicial extern to the Honorable Yvonne Gonzalez-Rogers in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Oakland, CA.

Tara is currently licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Missouri, and pending licensure in New York and New Jersey.
