Biography

Ryaan is a trusted business advisor who partners closely with companies at every stage of growth. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions—including public and private transactions—as well as private equity and venture capital matters. He regularly serves as outside general counsel to growing and established organizations, advising leadership teams on day‑to‑day operations, strategic planning, and complex corporate matters.

Ryaan brings deep experience guiding transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from structuring and diligence to negotiation and execution. He has advised boards of directors of both public and private companies and represents clients across a broad range of industries, from early‑stage startups to Fortune 50 corporations.

Before joining the firm, Ryaan practiced corporate law at two Am Law 100 firms and served as Head of Legal for a venture‑backed startup in Silicon Valley. He began his career in finance, working in a private equity‑focused role prior to attending law school—experience that informs his practical, business‑oriented approach to legal counseling. In addition to his legal practice, Ryaan serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Arcadia University.
