Robert focuses his practice on Commercial Real Estate and Solar Energy Development. Robert has extensive experience in working with a wide variety of clients in matters relating to the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial properties, including reviewing and drafting purchase agreements, loan documents, and ancillary closing materials, and supporting due diligence through all stages of a transaction.
In addition, Robert has experience working on solar energy development matters, assisting with site acquisition, project financing, and related real estate and contractual issues. Robert has worked closely with developers, lenders, and landowners to help advance projects from early-stage development through closing and into project management.
Robert joined the firm in 2022 after graduating from the University of Georgia, School of Law with cum laude honors. During his time in Law School, Robert worked with a consulting group providing advice to clients regarding the development of green infrastructure. Prior to attending law school, Robert attended Kent State University where he obtained a B.A. in Philosophy.
