Biography

Robert, an associate in the firm’s New York office, is an experienced civil litigator. He handles a wide range of complex matters, including general products liability, toxic torts, and multidistrict litigation. His practice encompasses claims involving manufacturing defects, product design defects, and exposure to hazardous substances.

Robert is involved in all stages of litigation, from early case evaluation through trial preparation and resolution. He has conducted and defended depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, successfully argued dispositive and pre-trial motions, and participated in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
