Mark Ross focuses his practice on litigation and trial advocacy that deals with trusts, probate estates, and conservatorships. This includes complex matters involving, will & trust contests, contested conservatorships and probate estates, trustee & executor removal, financial elder abuse, including elder and dependent adult abuse restraining orders, and contested accounting actions. Mark serves on the Orange County Superior Court panel for appointment as Guardian Ad Litem and Court Appointed Counsel for proposed conservatees, minors and elder abuse victims.
Mark has more than 25 years of experience, including handling trial and appellate cases and alternative dispute resolution in all Southern California’s counties and many in the central and northern part of the state. Mark also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license.
