Magnolia leverages top-ranked legal training, judicial clerkship experience, and more than a decade of senior-level marketing and strategy work for leading global corporations. She consistently delivers strategic, results-driven advocacy that sets her apart in complex commercial disputes.

She previously clerked for the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and gained federal trial and appellate experience interning at the United States Attorney’s Office, the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Before practicing law, Magnolia built a 14-year career in marketing and strategy for Nestlé Nutrition and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Coupled with her MBA from Columbia Business School, this background gives her unique insights into the business, operational, and regulatory challenges clients face. She provides clients a rare blend of legal excellence, industry knowledge, and a client-service mindset.
