Logan’s practice focuses on business litigation in a wide array of complex matters, such as those revolving around breach of contract and business torts, specifically including fraud and related claims. Logan has experience litigating high-stakes and nuanced areas of the law at both the federal and state levels. For example, Logan has represented clients facing qui tam actions under the False Claims Act, alleged antitrust violations, and civil tax claims brought by the Department of Justice under the Internal Revenue Code.
Along with his robust business litigation practice, Logan also practices white-collar criminal defense and related investigative, administrative, and regulatory matters. Examples include federal tax fraud and evasion, money laundering, wire fraud, and related offenses, as well as medical billing issues in the healthcare industry. Logan returned to the firm after his 2022 summer associate program. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Logan served as a legal extern for Louisville Metro Council during law school, learning the intricacies of local legislation and politics. In his free time, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, and writing fictional prose and screenplays.
