Biography

Khiana brings valuable experience to Gibbons’s Employment & Labor Law Group in handling all aspects of discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment claims – from intake through resolution. She also is well-versed in managing the discovery process, negotiating settlements for clients, and representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.

She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia D. Santomauro, J.S.C., Essex Vicinage. She also worked as a law clerk during law school at University Hospital, in its Legal, Corporate, and External Relations Group.
