Josh’s real estate practice focuses on complex real estate transactions in a variety of areas, including retail, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and assisted living. Josh has experience with the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of real property and regularly represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing matters, including construction loans, acquisition financing, workouts, and syndications. He advises landlords, and tenants on all real estate matters.
Josh has experience in a range of corporate matters, including asset purchases and sales, corporate governance and structuring, business formation and dissolution, stock and membership interest purchases and sales, and mergers.
