Ms. Rutter has litigated a variety of matters, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, corporate and LLC dissolution actions, governance disputes, appraisal actions, advancement actions, restrictive covenant matters, and purchase agreement disputes. She concentrates her practice on commercial, corporate, and intellectual property litigation, with a focus on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
