Isaura focuses her practice on labor and employment related matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims, under both state and federal law.
She is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan Law School where she obtained a variety of clinical experiences including participation in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic, the Pediatric Advocacy Law Clinic, the Immigrant Justice Lab, and the Human Trafficking Clinic. Aside from her academic pursuits, Isaura was highly involved in her school’s Latinx Law Student Association, holding an executive board position all three years.
Prior to law school, Isaura earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA where she was awarded the Regents Scholarship. While in college she actively participated in residential life and volunteered at UCLA’s Mattel Children’s Hospital.
Outside of the office, Isaura enjoys going to the movie theaters, thrifting, finding new cuisines to try, and spending time with her friends and family.
