In this role, he also drives thought leadership on emerging trends and nuanced issues affecting commercial real estate finance. In addition to his firm leadership, Doug serves on the Editorial Board of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC), contributing to the education of industry professionals on current topics and developments shaping the market. He is also a member of FBT Gibbons’ CMBS Lending and Servicing and Real Estate Practice Groups.
Known for his collegial style and pragmatism, clients turn to Doug for his precision drafting and ability to navigate complex issues on difficult transactions, always keeping clients’ business goals at the forefront.
