Daniel advocates for both individuals and institutional clients in affirmative and defensive litigation across a range of industries and practice areas. With a broad and versatile practice, he has helped counsel clients through complex business disputes, administrative and regulatory challenges, corporate investigations, one of the largest infrastructure development projects on the East Coast, and a six-week federal jury trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel completed clerkships at every level of the New Jersey Courts, including the Superior Court, Chancery and Appellate Divisions, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. During his trial and appellate clerkships, he honed the skills that have been integral to his general practice, researching and writing about novel questions of public importance in issues of civil, criminal, and administrative law, and gaining unique insights into matters of emergent injunctive relief.
