Christina represents both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of criminal and commercial matters. In the white-collar space, she has served as counsel in high-profile trials involving allegations of securities fraud, market manipulation, mail and wire fraud, bribery, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Christina also has extensive experience navigating complex government investigations, including those led by the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the District of Connecticut.
In addition to her criminal defense work, Christina maintains a robust civil litigation practice including factual investigation, discovery, and briefing and motions practice in connection with class action defense, healthcare disputes, and business torts.
