Biography

CC Carreras brings to the firm’s Products Liability Group a strong background in litigating personal injury cases, particularly those involving medical malpractice issues. Her experience includes preparing clients for depositions and coordinating testimony, including, for example, the testimony of more than 300 class plaintiffs during a month-long damages hearing. She is well versed in drafting and responding to discovery requests, addressing discovery disputes in court, and preparing legal filings such as motions in limine, motions for summary judgment, responses, briefs, pre-trial memoranda, voir dire, jury instructions, and verdict slips.

She is a former judicial extern to the Honorable Marjorie Rendell, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Philadelphia, PA.
