Biography

Ms. Soliman focuses her practice in the area of employment and labor law and works on a range of employment issues, including employment litigation and counseling matters.

Her background includes representing clients in connection with claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wrongful termination, as well as employee leave disputes and wage and hour claims, among other matters. She is also experienced in handling confidential, independent investigations concerning improper workplace and administrative conduct and in counseling clients on various employment matters that include employee handbooks and workplace policies. Moreover, she has been involved in all aspects of litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts.

Ms. Soliman was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Scott J. Moynihan, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She is a member of the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court and is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She has been included on the lists for New Jersey Super Lawyers® “Rising Stars” and Best Lawyers® “Ones to Watch” for Labor and Employment Law – Management, Commercial Litigation, and Litigation – Intellectual Property.
