Biography

Calvin works on a variety of corporate matters. His experience includes private equity, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, and intellectual property, with a focus on early-stage companies.

While in law school, Calvin was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law, and received honors in a number of student competitions, including the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition and the UCLA MEMES Game Day Sports Case Competition. Calvin has been published in both the PIABA Bar Journal and the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law.
