Caitlin is a tax and transactional attorney, focusing her practice on a wide range of federal tax issues affecting businesses. She represents both for-profit and nonprofit organizations across a variety of industries and business entity types, including LLCs, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations. Her practice includes business formations, mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchases and sales, and business succession planning. Caitlin also has experience representing clients in IRS audits and tax controversy matters. In all aspects of her practice, she works closely with clients to achieve their business objectives in a tax-efficient manner.
