Bria Beaufort focuses her practice on management-side employment litigation and counseling. She represents companies and managers in employment litigation filed in federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies in various matters including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Ms. Beaufort’s practice also includes conducting workplace investigations and pre-litigation resolution of employment disputes. In addition, she provides counseling regarding workplace laws, employer policies, and investigations by administrative agencies.
Bria Beaufort serves as a Trustee for the Essex County Bar Association.
