Andrew’s practice includes a diverse set of complex commercial and criminal litigation matters in New Jersey and New York federal and state courts. He has experience drafting dispositive motions, conducting legal research, and overseeing discovery. He also has assisted with government investigations.
Andrew most recently completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson, III, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Macon, GA. Prior to this clerkship, he was an associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Department at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York, where he focused on international arbitration and arbitral award enforcement proceedings. While in law school, Mr. Marino argued an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
