Adriana’s practice focuses on environmental law, where she represents clients in complex matters regarding investigation and clean-up of contaminated sites, as well as actions arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Indiana’s Environmental Legal Action Act (ELA). Adriana also advises clients on environmental risks in real estate and corporate transactions.
Additionally, Adriana has experience litigating product liability and tort cases in both state and federal courts across the country, in which she represented a range of clients, including manufacturers of agricultural and construction equipment, elevators and escalators, automobiles, and other consumer products, as well as commercial retailers and other premise owners.
Adriana joined the firm in 2023 after participating in the firm’s summer associate program in 2021 and 2022. She graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the Indiana Law Review and a member of the Women’s Caucus. Before law school, Adriana graduated magna cum laude from Hanover College with a degree in sociology.
