Biography

Abi regularly assists clients with fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and general business matters. She works with a wide range of clients, with a focus on startups and venture-backed companies.

Abi graduated summa cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Law Review, Vice President of Finance for the Student Bar Association, and President of the Business Law Society. Prior to law school, Abi earned her MBA from the University of Louisville and worked as an insurance product manager at Humana.
