  • Law360 Features Megan Linares on Arrival at FBT Gibbons and Transition to Private Practice

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Megan Linares spoke with Law360 about joining FBT Gibbons’ White Collar & Investigations practice group and her experience as a New Jersey federal prosecutor. She says while it was an honor serving as an assistant U.S. attorney, she built experience in investigations and litigation that will now serve her in private practice with FBT Gibbons.

“I reached a point where I can bring immediate and meaningful value to private clients,” Linares notes. “While it was an incredible experience pursuing justice and working for the U.S. attorney’s office on behalf of the Constitution, I’m excited to take that experience and move back into private practice and use that experience to help my clients.”

She adds that friendly relationships with FBT Gibbons attorneys she has forged over the years and respect for their work attracted her to join the firm.

“They are highly regarded leaders in the white collar defense space, and I’m extremely excited to work with them,” Linares continues.
