HOUSTON (February 18, 2025) – Darryl E. Mazow has joined FBT Gibbons as a partner in its Corporate Law practice group in Houston, further expanding the firm’s transactional and private equity capabilities serving mid-market businesses and investors nationwide.

Mazow brings more than 20 years of experience advising family-owned and founder-led companies, as well as private equity and debt investors, on complex transactions and strategic initiatives. His background spans private practice, in-house leadership, investment management, and executive operations, giving clients a practical, business-centered perspective. He advises companies, owners, and investors on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity and debt financings, governance matters, and general corporate issues. His industry experience includes food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, online retail, business services, aviation services, manufacturing, financial services, and software.
His addition follows recent hires of commercial finance partner Sarah Naseman and private equity and transactional partner John Thomas, reflecting FBT Gibbons’ continued investment in building a premier corporate and transactional team that can deliver sophisticated, business-driven counsel to middle-market companies and investors across the country.
