Lexology Masterclass Series: AI in the Workplace

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way businesses recruit talent, monitor employee performance, engage with employees, and process day-to-day human resources functions. This presentation will explore evolving legislation, regulatory compliance, and how to manage risks when adopting new technologies. Discussion will include topics such as reasonable accommodation, potential bias, data security and privacy, and negotiating the use of AI in collective bargaining agreements. We’ll also cover overall AI governance and best practices in updating and aligning policies, notifications and procedures.
