Drafting and Negotiating Indemnity and Insurance Clauses in Commercial Contracts

This program will address issues to consider when drafting and negotiating indemnification and insurance provisions in commercial agreements. This presentation will address the structure and scope of indemnity, including recoverable damages, direct and third-party claims, and covered events. This presentation will also address using insurance requirements as a risk-limiting tool, including the types and levels of insurance to consider.
